Op-Ed: Institutional Failure at Reuters
GIYUS (Give Israel Your United Support) has linked in a great article summarizing the Reuters mess. I especially love the way the article starts:

BTW, GIYUS is an organization dedicated to broadcasting the truth about the situation surrounding Israel and Jews around the world. buruburu - there's fair criticism of how Israel is run politically, which happens all the time in the Knesset - Israel's parliament. MPs are both Jewish and non-Jewish and both have political parties.

I and many others are for a fair and just solution to the Palestinian question - two states side-by-side, living in peace and security. Do you think I and other Jews WANT to rule over Palestinians? Get real.
I and many others want Israel out of Lebanon - but only when we know there will be peace and security on that border.
Meanwhile, deliberately false and fabricated information is being spread around in the media for the sole purpose of making Israel look bad and to incite hatred against Jews. Even after the information is corrected when the accurate facts are brought to the attention of those in charge, that same false and fabricated information is then repeated here on campus and around the world. Israel is charged with genocide; Jews control the government, the economy, and the media; and so on.
Once that false and fabricated information is out there, it takes a lot of work to correct it. Hence my blog and others. If we didn't do it, really nobody else would. Do you seek accuracy and the truth? So we ain't a lobby as you call it.
Welcome to the new anti-Semitism; Jews are considered unworthy of leading or defending themselves.
Oh, and to respond to your FAQ, "anti-Semitism" is a generally accepted denotation for hatred of Jews or anything Jewish. It's in the dictionaries; it's in the encyclopedias. Deal with it, my Athenian noise-maker (and given your blog's commentary, potential anti-Semite)
